Hi. This is Richard Rogers.

This is my story.

I grew up in a little town called Incline Village, NV, at Lake Tahoe, the most beautiful place on earth.

I am married to my college sweetheart of 40+ years. We have two great kids who have blessed us with 5 grandkids. Family gatherings in Hawaii have become our "go to" vacations that we plan our year around.

I competed in many sports growing up including basketball, tennis, baseball, and golf. P.E. in high school was going to the local ski area for the afternoon, sometimes supervised, sometimes not.

I also did a lot of fishing during the summers, and I got hooked on fly fishing after going on several trips into the wild with my dad to float world-class trout rivers in Idaho and Oregon.

When my chosen career in real estate and finance became tiresome/boring/unfulfilling, I turned to a hobby and passion, GOLF, and made it a career, earning my professional status as a PGA Class A professional.

There was a 15-year gap in my golf career where I partnered with a golf and fishing buddy in a commercial construction business.

This is where my journey to Create My Awesome Life took flight. I was fortunate to participate in great fly fishing trips to resorts in the Caribbean, Mexico, Alaska, Montana, and Utah.

Add to that golf trips to The Masters, The Country Club in Brookline, Pebble Beach, Spyglass, Edgewood Tahoe, and many more. I caught not only fish, but also the bug to enjoy my addiction to golf and fly fishing in exotic places. However, these excursions aren't cheap.

So, I learned how to create the resources to enjoy these adventures by utilizing skills and knowledge gained from a mentor.

I believe that everyone has the opportunity and capacity to experience time and space in order to enjoy the adventures listed above. If I can learn the skills and strategies to Create My Awesome Life, you can Create Your Awesome Life too.
